Shipment and returns

• The product must be returned within 30 days of receiving it.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must be returned with all its tags/labels.Home pickup return (valid only for orders from Italy): you will receive a shipping label at the email address provided in this form.
• For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for underwear and briefs.

Please note that the refund does not include any shipping or cash-on-delivery charges paid at the time of purchase, but only the cost of the products purchased.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. A return handling fee of €5.00 will be deducted from the amount due.

Once we receive the returned product, we will check that it is intact. After that, we will start the refund process.

You will receive any refund within 14 days of completing the product inspection.

For size exchanges, please place a new order.

You can send your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Just complete the form below and enclose it with your return.

• Item/s must be in original condition with all tags still attached.
• Item/s must not be stained or marked.
• Return shipping costs are covered by you.
• Exchanges are free.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

We will process orders within 14 days of receipt. Once items have been checked and approved for refund or exchange, we will send a confirmation email to the address used to place the original order. Refunds should appear within 7-10 days of processing.
