Shipping times and costs

ITALY
Shipment from 1 to 2 working days.

Shipments for orders over 60 euro are always free.

For orders below this amount, the shipping cost, within the national territory, is 5 euros.

EUROPA
Shipment from 1 to 4 working days.

Shipments for orders over 100 euro are always free.

For orders below this amount, the shipping cost, within the national territory, is 10 euros.

We currently do not ship outside European Community.

Returns

If you want to return an item, fill in the return form below.

You have 14 days from the delivery of the product to send us the form.

We will not accept any returns which do not respect the conditions set by our company.

Clausole

  • La restituzione del prodotto deve avvenire entro 30 giorni dall'avvenuta ricezione del prodotto.
  • Il prodotto deve essere restituito nella sua confezione originale
  • Il prodotto deve essere restituito con tutte le sue etichette
  • Reso con ritiro a domicilio (valido solo per ordini dall'Italia): riceverete un'etichetta all'indirizzo mail indicato in questo modulo
  • Ai sensi delle norme igienico-sanitarie, non si accettano resi o cambi per slip e intimo.

Si ricorda che il rimborso non comprende eventuali spese di trasporto o contrassegno sostenute al momento dell'acquisto ma solamente l'importo dei prodotti acquistati.

Il rimborso verrà eseguito attraverso lo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato per l'acquisto. Verranno detratti dall'importo dovuto € 5,00 per contributo spese di reso.

Una volta ricevuto il prodotto reso, provvederemo alla verifica della sua integrità. Successivamente inizieremo la procedura di rimborso.

Riceverai l'eventuale rimborso entro 14 giorni dal completamento della verifica del prodotto.

Per eventuali cambi taglia, si prega di effettuare un nuovo ordine.

Clauses

You can send your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Just complete the form below and enclose it with your return.

Please note:

  • Item/s must be in original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Item/s must not be stained or marked.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by you.
  • Exchanges are free.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for underwear and briefs.

We will process orders within 14 days of receipt. Once items have been checked and approved for refund or exchange, we will send a confirmation email to the address used to place the original order. Refunds should appear within 7-10 days of processing.
